We have become aware that there is a phishing scam where fraudsters are impersonating our business. Please be aware that these fraudsters are sending suspicious emails claiming that the recipient has been selected for a job interview with our company. After the individual clicks on the link, they are told to download a text app for the interview and are offered the job. The fraudsters send the individual paperwork to fill out for the new employment and a fake check for supplies.
PEI Pipeline Services LLC is a legitimate business and would never solicit sensitive personal information through insecure channels like email or text messages. We have reported this phishing scam to the FBI and Federal Trade Commission.
