We have become aware that there is a phishing scam where fraudsters are impersonating our business. Please be aware that these fraudsters are sending suspicious emails claiming that the recipient has been selected for a job interview with our company. After the individual clicks on the link, they are told to download a text app for the interview and are offered the job. The fraudsters send the individual paperwork to fill out for the new employment and a fake check for supplies.

PEI Pipeline Services LLC is a legitimate business and would never solicit sensitive personal information through insecure channels like email or text messages. We have reported this phishing scam to the FBI and Federal Trade Commission. If you feel that you are a victim of identity theft because of the phishing scam, go to www.identitytheft.gov where you can report and recover from identity theft.
